During the IFAT exhibition at the beginning of June, the Steinhardt Company received hundreds of visitors at their booth, part of the state of Hessen’s Water and Wastewater stand. Amongst the visitors from America were Cate Rahmlow, Director of Sector Development, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation and Dean Amhaus, President and Director of the Water Council, also based in Wisconsin.

The two interested parties were brought together by Hessen Trade & Invest, the State of Hessen’s business development board, with whom Steinhardt maintains close ties, for example, by virtue of the fact that Joerg Steinhardt holds the position of Chairman of the HTAI Entrepreneurs’ Advisory Committee. The guests were accompanied by Dr. Rainer Waldschmidt, Director of the HTAI and the HessenAgentur. Joerg Steinhardt will return the visit in September. An appointment has already been set for a further meeting at the Water Council’s booth during the WEFTEC exhibition in New Orleans at the end of September. The talks will concentrate on increasing opportunities for HydroMESI in America. Jörg Steinhardt is on the lookout for new marketing outlets for Steinhardt products in America, too.
